When we decided to purchase property in New Hampshire, we thought, since we lived out-of-state and were first time homebuyers, that hiring a buyer’s agent would help us cope better with all the details purchasing property involves. However, we never imagined that working with Matt could make such a big difference. He couldn’t have been more helpful - his knowledge of the area and his ability to link us up with inspectors when needed and the necessary financial and legal representation was wonderful. He stayed on top of even the smallest details and was able to represent us, in our absence, in dealing with the local and state officials. He outlined the entire process for us so that we always knew what our next step need to be. His advice on how to frame our initial offer and subsequent counter offers was invaluable and resulted in our purchasing our new home at the right time and at the right price.
Matt was there for us after the sale also. When we needed to locate local tradesmen to assist us with some needed repairs and remodeling, Matt was able to help us gauge the approximate cost and then to provide the names of contractors that we could contact for estimates. Living out-of-state this was extremely helpful to us and enabled us to get all of the repairs made in a timely fashion prior to our moving in.
We were so pleased with all the help Matt provided and would recommend him highly to anyone hunting for property in his area or New Hampshire.

Hi Matt,
Just wanted to tell you "thank you" for all you did for Bart and I with our house hunting. We both loved working with you and appreciated your honesty, openness, and knowledge. We will refer others to you anytime we have the chance.
